Incident date: 02/11/1944 – Casualty list No 1593. Previously reported missing whilst Prisoner of War. Date not reported on casualty list No. 1027. Now presumed killed in action whilst a POW at Japanese hands.

08/01/1943 – Fate – Missing. Previously shown as POW Hong Kong

Date of death 01/10/1942

Fate – Died at sea on the Lisbon Maru

Date of capture – 25/12/1941
